About Launchef
Launchef is where new products launch. Makers post what they built; people try it, upvote what they like, and the most upvoted launches lead the week.
How it works
Anyone can launch a product for free. Paste its website and Launchef fills in the name, tagline, description, logo and screenshots, which you can edit before it goes live. You pick a launch day, and it joins that week's leaderboard.
People upvote the launches they like, rate them on idea, execution and design, write reviews and leave comments. The weekly leaderboard ranks launches by upvotes, and the best of each week and month earn awards that stay on their page.
A launch with three upvotes from other people earns a dofollow backlink to its website. Teams can post updates, offer a deal to Launchef members, and launch again when they ship something new.
Who it's for
Makers, indie hackers, startups and product teams who want early users and honest feedback. And people who like finding new tools before everyone else: Launchef covers AI, developer tools, productivity, design, marketing and more, sorted into topics you can follow.
Unclaimed and verified launches
Some well-known products are listed by the Launchef editors from the product's own website, so the catalog is useful from day one. They're marked as unclaimed until their team claims them.
A team verifies a launch by confirming an email address on the product's domain. Verified launches show a badge by their name. The badge confirms who runs the listing; it isn't an endorsement.
For agents and developers
Every launch, topic and leaderboard is public. A guide to the site for AI agents is at /llms.txt, every launch in one file at /llms-full.txt, and pages are available as Markdown when requested with Accept: text/markdown.
