Open-source survey and experience management
Formbricks is an open-source survey and experience management platform for product, research and customer experience teams. It can be self-hosted, so feedback data stays in a company's own database and infrastructure. Teams use it to run in-app, website, link and email surveys and to gather open-text feedback at scale. Formbricks can analyze responses with AI models the customer chooses and link feedback to revenue data. The open-source core is free to use, seats are unlimited, and an API lets teams build integrations they keep even if they move away.
