Business intelligence anyone can use
Metabase is an open-source business intelligence tool for exploring data and building dashboards. It is intended for companies that want people across the business, not only analysts, to answer questions from their own data. Answers in Metabase are tied to a semantic layer, the shared definitions of metrics and business logic, so results stay consistent whether a question comes from a colleague or an AI agent. Every answer can be traced back to the query that produced it, which makes results easy to check. The open-source edition can run locally using Docker or Java without creating an account, and a hosted version is also available.
