Team inbox and chat for email, SMS and more
Missive is a collaborative inbox app that combines email, team chat and other messaging channels such as SMS. It is built for teams that share inboxes, like support, operations or sales, and need to coordinate replies. Teammates can see who is handling which conversation, assign threads and discuss a message in an internal chat attached to it, without forwarding emails or adding extra CC lines. Customers only see the final reply, while the conversation behind it stays private to the team. The goal is to bring collaboration into the inbox people already use, so teams keep their existing email habits while gaining visibility and shared ownership.
