Learn to speak a language with AI
Speak is a language learning app that uses AI to give learners speaking practice. It is designed for people who want to hold real conversations in a new language, not only read or memorize vocabulary. Lessons follow an expert-designed curriculum that AI adapts to each learner. Each lesson introduces the expressions and sentence structures that locals rely on in everyday situations, has the learner practise them aloud with speech recognition feedback, and then applies them in open-ended conversations with an AI tutor. This lets users get regular speaking practice without scheduling a human teacher.
