The open-source CRM for modern teams
Twenty is an open-source CRM for technical teams that want to shape their customer relationship tool around their own business. It can be used as a hosted service or self-hosted, and its code is publicly available. Out of the box it covers companies, people, opportunities and pipelines, but teams can define custom objects, fields, relations and workflows to model their own processes. A modern interface with table and kanban views sits on top of APIs and webhooks for integration. Twenty also includes AI assistance that can scaffold data models and actions inside a workspace from a written request.
