Bookmarking this for every launch I help with. Number 5 is the one people skip.

What I learned from 40 launches this year: 1. Launch on a Tuesday or Wednesday. 2. The first 2 hours decide your day. Line up your people before you post. 3. Reply to every single comment, even the mean ones. 4. Screenshots beat videos in the gallery. People skim. 5. Your tagline is your whole pitch. If it needs a comma, it's two products. 6. Don't ask for upvotes. Ask for feedback; the upvotes follow. 7. Post an update a week later. That's where the second wave comes from. What would you add?

MMaya Chen · 13h agoThe second one. Less to read, faster to the first win.Typography tip: tighten letter-spacing on big headings (-0.02em to -0.04em) and loosen it on tiny labels. It's the cheapest polish you'll ever ship.
