Open-source backend in one single file
PocketBase is an open-source backend that ships as a single executable file. It is aimed at developers building web and mobile apps, prototypes and small to mid-sized projects who want a backend without assembling many services. It bundles an embedded SQLite database with a schema builder, data validation and realtime subscriptions, plus a REST-style API. User authentication, file storage on local disk or S3-compatible services with automatic thumbnails, and an admin dashboard are all included. PocketBase can be used as a standalone app or extended with Go or JavaScript, and it works with common frontend frameworks through official SDKs.
